Chain Driven Live Roller CDLR

Pail, Drum, Appliance Capacity

  • Typical case roller diameter but with a heavier steel gauge.
  • Dual-Sprocketed Rollers are linked through alternating chains. Move one, they all move!
  • Curves have tapered rollers for better tracking or less costly straight rollers for cylindrical products.
  • Available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
  • Full-length covers protect operators from chains.
  • Available with variety of drive mounts: side mount, undersiung, top mount, even mounted inside a roller. (Motor-Driven Rollers)

Pallet, Skid, Automotive Capacity

  • A very muscular Conveyor for Pallets, Automotive, Heavy Containers.
  • Dual-Sprocketed Rollers are linked through alternating chains. Move one, they all move!
  • A variety of capacities through several roller sizes
  • Curves have tapered rollers for better tracking, or less costly straight rollers for cylindrical products
  • Available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel
  • Full-length covers protect operators from chains
  • Available with a variety of drive mounts: side mount, underslung, top mount, even mounted inside a roller. (Motor-Driven Rollers)

Accumulator (CDLR)

  • Zoned Accumulation protects heavy loads from hits.
  • A very old method to power rollers, mixed with modern technology for a smooth-running conveyor.
  • Zone-to-Zone power is transmitted by large chains, each zone turns on and off through clutch activation. For an even more modern and more efficient conveyor, we can use motor driven rollers in each zone.
  • Modern electronics: photoeyes, built-in zone logic, and solenoids or computer cards index loads. No sensor rollers or mechanical linkage. Signal only first and last zones.
  • Multiple zone lengths, capacities. Workstation logic!
